Common Issues and Solutions

1. SBOM Generation Fails

Issue: SBOM generation fails or produces incomplete data.

Solution:

  • Ensure all the required scan sources are correctly configured.

  • Verify that the project's dependencies are correctly identified.

  • Check the integration settings with other tools like SCM, CI/CD, or container orchestration platforms.

  • Review and fix any exceptions or bugs in the SBOM generation process, if present.

2. Login and Authentication Problems

Issue: Users encounter problems with logging in or authentication.

Solution:
